If you've done even a little search through our essential oil library over at www.youngliving.com, you'd know we have a TON of essential oils to choose from. it can feel really daunting... So here's some of our personal favorites! Some of these are in our various kits and some aren't.

  • 1 drop under the tongue or over the lower abdomen to soothe tummy issues. Top with a drop of peppermint.

  • Add a drop to coconut oil to give your gassy baby a gentle tummy massage

  • Promotes feelings of confidence and bravery

  • Add a drop on the big toe for a quiet night & to switch your brain off.

  • Diffuse before bed for an amazing and relaxing sleep.

  • Apply on spine after a Chiropractic visit to stay balanced.

V A N I L L A


  • Young Living’s exclusive Vanilla oleoresin has a pure, amazing, scent.

  • Made from the beans grown in the northwestern region of Madagascar, it is uniquely extracted in a way to blend with other essential oils, unlike traditional vanilla extracts.

  • Not only does it smell amazing, you can apply it to your skin & hair to help condition and moisturize.

  • Add it to any diffuser blend for the coziest scent

  • Amazing for all things skin! use it on rashes, cuts etc.

  • Rub a drop around the outside of the ear for earaches

  • Diffuse it or apply to protect your body from EMF radiation

  • Add 5-10 drops to your thieves household cleaner to boost your cleaning

  • Diffuse at night to support healthy breathing

  • Rub on chest with a little coconut oil, for a healthy and soothing chest rub, or before a workout

  • Add a few drops to the floor while taking a hot shower

  • Snuggle up for bed with 3 drops under your feet

  • Add a drop to your toothpaste for whiter teeth

  • Add it to your tummy rollers to help you go to the bathroom - gassy babies and stopped up kids love it!

  • So yummy in water & smoothies

  • Diffuse at night to help you and your kids falls asleep quickly and easily

  • Try a drop of Lemon in a mug of warm water each morning

  • Add a drop of Lemon to your favorite baked goods

  • Use a drop to get crayons or stickers off around the house

  • Diffuse with Purification

F R A N K I N C E N S E


  • Rub a drop into skin after cleansing before moisturizer for soft, radiant, youthful skin

  • Take a drop of Frankincense under your tongue daily to support your well-being and normal cell health + any time you need to calm anxious feelings

L E M O N M Y R T L E


  • Add a few drops into your washing with your clothes (not in the detergent compartment) for the freshest most delicious smelling clothes

  • Add a couple drops into the bath to appease sore muscles

  • Diffuse for a clean, fresh scent

  • Use as a natural deodorizer to neutralize bad smells

  • Got marker, crayons or anything else on the walls or cabinets where they should be? Use lamongrass!
